They will then check the deadline of the project & will work accordingly.
  • Project Preparation- If your files are in a different format or have been transformed using an OCR (Optical Character Recognition), they may need to be recreated. The consistency of terms should be checked throughout the translation & the quality of output should be good.
  • Translation- Based on their language combination and area of expertise, the Project Manager assigns the translation to the most appropriate linguist for the assignment. It should be done by linguists having a good experience. The documents are translated by the translator and returned to the Project Manager for review. The Project Manager will keep in contact with the translator to ensure that the same terminologies are used.
  • Independent Review- The translation is then independently checked by a linguist with the same language combination. This independent assessment focuses on grammar, spelling, and terminology, and style consistency. After that, the first translator will again read the translation and accept or reject it after the revisions.
  • Formatting- The final translation will be formatted to the same specifications as the original documents, and if any additional DTP is required (inserting photos or graphs within the page), the DTP professionals will handle it. If there are any concerns to be aware of such as right-to-left languages like Arabic.
  • Quality Checks & Review- The Project Manager will double-check the translation against the source document to ensure that the fonts match, that all headers, footers, and page numbers are correct, that any pictures or graphics are in the correct place, that the layout matches the source file, and, most importantly, that all text is present and has been translated. The Project Manager will then send a message after this is completed.
  • Delivery- Once the linguistic check is done, the Project Manager will do a final review of the paper. They will then send the paperwork before the time frame. Once the translation is sent, one can spend as much time as they need to study it and have it reviewed in-house at the company. The Project Manager will be accessible to answer any inquiries or resolve any problems one may have.
